6 month programme
A private programme for leaders who did everything right and still feel empty.
What it is:
A private, one to one leadership partnership built around the Five R’s. We work together for six months, online or in person, with two sessions a month. Between sessions you have direct access to me. It finishes with a personal leadership blueprint you can keep using long after we stop.
Who is it for:
You’ve ticked every box and it still doesn’t feel right. One conversation won’t be enough, and you’re ready to rebuild your life and work around what you actually want. You want someone beside you for the whole six months.
What you get:

An onboarding session with the Inner Compass Assessment, then 12 private sessions over 6 months, online or in person.

A monthly guide with daily reflections and a guided audio practice.

Direct access to me by WhatsApp or voice note, Monday to Friday, with a reply within one working day.

Three to five outcomes agreed at the start and reviewed at month three and month six, and a personal leadership blueprint at the end.
Payments & Plans
10,000 euros, paid in full. Or spread it over 6 monthly payments: five of 1,667 euros and a final payment of 1,665 euros.
After the free 30 minute enquiry call, if we agree to work together, I send you the payment details for whichever you choose.
VIP Upgrade
Add three days with me in the South of Spain. A private Andalusian immersion with accommodation, meals, and all sessions and activities included. Flights are not included, and we choose the dates together.
