The Leadership Circle is a six-month container for leaders who want change that sticks - not a one off insight that fades when real life kicks back in. It combines structured reflection with practical application, supporting you to lead with steadiness as pressure, people dynamics, and priorities shift. Working through the Inner Compass 5R framework, you’ll strengthen decision-making, boundaries, and communication, and build the self leadership habits that create sustainable performance. Expect a calm, confidential space, clear prompts and tools, and accountability to integrate what you’re learning into day-to-day leadership. Available for individuals and leadership cohorts.
